What data we process and why

• Contact forms and wedding builder: name, phone number, email address, event details (date, venue, guests, services of interest) and the message you send us, in order to respond to your request and prepare a quote for you.
• Virtual assistant: the messages you type in the chat are sent to Google (Gemini service) to generate the reply and, if you ask for it, a summary so you can continue the conversation on WhatsApp. We do not store conversations on our servers: they are only kept in your browser while the tab remains open. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, including through the button in the assistant or in the wedding builder, you send the message yourself from your own app. WhatsApp Ireland Limited is responsible for its own service.
• Technical data: the IP address and the date of each request are used for a maximum of 24 hours to protect the forms and the assistant against abuse and automated submissions.

Legal basis

• Quote requests, wedding builder and assistant: taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protection against abuse: the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• If you go on to book our services, your data is processed under the contract, which includes its own data protection information.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of one year from the last communication and are then deleted. Technical security data is deleted within 24 hours.

Recipients and data processors

We do not disclose data to third parties unless required to do so by law. The following essential providers have access to it as data processors, with the safeguards required by law: the web server hosting provider, Google (email, calendar and the Gemini service used by the assistant) and our tax advisers.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to eventosmusic4you@gmail.com, enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are a minor, please do not send us your data.
